Live Nativity at Good Shepherd Dec. 18-20
A Kingwood Tradition: Good Shepherd Episcopal Church presents its annual Live Nativity complete with shepherds, angels, wise men and live stable animals on December 18, 19 and 20 with performances at 6:30 and 7:30 p.m. Good Shepherd has presented this outdoor re-enactment of the birth of Jesus to the Kingwood community every year since 1986, complete with traditional carols and readings of the beautiful Christmas story. Parishioners of all ages play the parts of the holy family, shepherds, angels and wise men. St. Nicholas pays a visit at the conclusion of each performance, followed by refreshments. Good Shepherd is located at 2929 Woodland Hills Drive at the corner of Lake Hills Drive. Directions are available at www.goodshepherdkingwood.org or call (281) 358-3154.

Come out to Atra Kingwood on November 20th where Food will be collected by Pack 3017 Cub Scouts and donated to the Houston Food Bank to be given to Houston's homeless and hungry, and others in need of food assistance.

Kingwood Barkfest Returns to Town Center
November 22nd, Kingwood Town Center

Please join us on November 22nd for the 7th Annual Kingwood Barkfest for a day of fun and fundraising from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. KingwoodBarkfest will benefit local animal shelters and rescue organizations who work year-round to make a difference in the lives of animals. Dozens of animal rescue groups and pet related vendors, and sponsors will come together for this fun-filled day for families and their dogs. We will have exhibits, demonstrations, educational seminars, special attractions, product giveaways, entertainment, auctions/raffles, food and fun. CALLING VENDORS TO HOLIDAY AT THE HARBOR

Kings Harbor is looking for local artists and artisans to showcase their collections at Holiday at the Harbor. They welcome offerings for every budget from paintings and photography to jewelry, cards and handmade soaps. The market will be held in the outdoor plaza on December 6 from Noon-5 PM. Santa will be making a grand entrance while the Extraordinary Entertainment DJs play upbeat family-friendly music. The Harbor is hosting Movies Under the Moon: Holiday Edition presented by Sharky's on December 4 at 6 PM. The great holiday classic, Elf will play in the moonlight on a massive 32 foot wide screen in the plaza, allowing for great views. Grab a bite to eat at Sharky's beforehand, and bring blankets and chairs to enjoy the movie.
